Hi I’m Dr. Ilyas Yamani,

After many years of hard work and soul searching, I was able to complete fellowships in nutrition and metabolism with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and earn my Masters in Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburg.

This new perspective inspired me to create a program based in Lifestyle Medicine.

The foundation of the program begins with defining health as a source of happiness in life, not merely an absence of disease.

“Our perception and awareness of our lives is created within us through our five senses. “

dsdIf there is inflammation in the body due to chemicals – psychological and physical toxicities – the exchange of information through these senses slows, leading to suboptimal health and poor awareness of our surroundings, ultimately resulting in a lack of focus and a general sense of dissatisfaction.

This chain of events can and does cause a multitude of symptoms, the sources of which are often undetectable through the typical methods of diagnosis a doctor would routinely employ.

This program consists of lifestyle modifications achieved through learning, relearning and improving four habits and skills that are essential to good health.

These four areas of focus are food, movement, contemplation and support.
